Do you really answer after hours?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and public holidays. If it is an emergency, phone rather than emailing us.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No. We do not charge a call out fee and quotes are free. You will know the cost of the job before any work starts.
Do you do both electrical and plumbing, or do I need two contractors?
Both, with one team and one phone call. A lot of jobs turn out to be both anyway, a geyser being the obvious one, where the element is electrical and the leak is plumbing.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Garsfontein and cover Garsfontein and all of Pretoria East as our main area, with greater Pretoria, Centurion and Midrand covered further out. If your suburb is not on our list, phone us and we will confirm.
Can you help with backup power and geyser problems?
Yes. On the electrical side we handle generators, changeover switches and general backup power wiring. On the plumbing side, geyser replacement and repair is one of the jobs we get called out for most.
